Partners see the same numbers, and every bill splits to the cent.

Properties belong to an ownership entity (a corporation, partnership, trust or individual) with owners holding percentage stakes. When a repair invoice or capital call comes in, Propvara splits it by stake, rounds fairly so the pennies add up, and shows each partner who has paid.

Questions about this feature

What happens to the extra cent when a bill doesn't divide evenly?

Propvara uses largest-remainder rounding: everyone's share is rounded down, then the leftover cents go to the owners with the largest fractions. The shares always add up to the invoice total.

Can a property have owners who aren't on Propvara yet?

Yes. Add them by email. Their share is tracked from day one, and they see everything once they sign in with that email.
