Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

You pay for the rental units in your account each month, with a plan minimum: $4 per unit ($29 minimum) on Landlord and $2.25 per unit ($199 minimum) on Manager. Tenants, accountants, contractors and co-owners are always free.

No. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans get two months free.

Canadian dollars. Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/QST) are added at checkout.

You can export your rent roll, statements and records before you leave. We keep your account read-only for 90 days, then delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Not yet. Pre-authorized debit and card payments are coming soon. Today you can record cash, cheque and e-Transfer payments, Propvara keeps the ledger, and tenants get automatic reminders before rent is due.

Yes. Calendars sync both ways, and Airbnb payouts import from the earnings CSV. See Short-term rentals.

The French interface is coming soon, starting with the tenant app.

Only the people you or your manager give access to, and only the parts that are theirs. Access rules are enforced inside the database. See Security.

Payments and expenses can't be deleted, only voided with a reason, and every change is logged.

No. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your data to advertise to you or your tenants.

With our cloud infrastructure providers, encrypted in transit and at rest. Our Privacy Policy lists them and where they operate.

Go to Sign in and use the email address your landlord has on file. You'll get a link to sign in, with no password needed.

Family viewers see your information only if you invite them, and you can remove them anytime.
